Linux Virtual Server Project head

What is the Linux Virtual Server?

The Linux Virtual Server is a highly scalable and highly available server built on a cluster of real servers, with the load balancer running on the Linux operating system. The architecture of the cluster is transparent to end users. End users only see a single virtual server. For more information click here.

Applications of the Linux Virtual Server

The Linux Virtual Server can be used to build highly scalable and high available network services, such as a scalable web, mail or media service.

What is this site about?
