#1 – Drop Cooked Oatmeal and Swap to Raw Oatmeal

Cooked oatmeal contains high fiber carbohydrates that are slow to digest. This is the best breakfast food option for many people who want to improve their health.

Asking why you should drop it? Prepared oatmeal is has a high water content and that’s why you will feel full fast without eating too much of it.

Swap to row oatmeal. Just scoop a couple of cups into a bowl, add a sliced banana and pour some milk. Raw oatmeal will take less room in your stomach; hence you will be able to consume more calories before your stomach gets full.

#2 – Drop Dried Fresh Fruits and Swap to Dried Fruits
